Fonestyle
For the rebranding of Fonestyle, our group worked with its new brand guidelines. Out first priority is maximizing the product visibility and and their brands. Following the guidelines we established the main colors of the store and worked closely with the clients team to ensure a seamless transition from design to functionality, security and actual construction.
Beach Development
This beach development project combines modern elegance with natural elements, featuring open-concept living spaces that emphasize comfort and relaxation. Soft neutral tones, wooden beams, and large windows seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor areas, highlighting beach views. The design reflects understated luxury, creating a serene environment perfect for unwinding in a tropical paradise.
Liliw Restaurant
In collaboration with an architectural firm, we designed the resort’s interior, including a commercial dining space that blends seamlessly with its lush surroundings. We incorporated existing materials, enhanced the high ceilings with layered textures, and optimized the seating layout to maximize guest capacity. Open shelving in the bar area added both style and functionality, while shades of green connected the space to nature. The result is a fresh, welcoming atmosphere in perfect harmony with its environment. The architectural firm also provided the accompanying renderings.
Pentecostal Church
We renovated an old church to preserve its architectural integrity while revitalizing the interior. By enhancing the ceiling with ambient lighting and using wooden treatments for beams and columns, we created a warm, inviting space. Our design emphasizes symmetry and balance, harmoniously blending historic charm with contemporary elegance.
Alabang Hills
A new door with glass inserts was installed, flooding the foyer with natural light and creating a bright, welcoming ambiance. These enhancements have revitalized the living space, making it more stylish and functional. Thoughtful design choices elevate the aesthetic and improve usability, blending beauty and practicality for a fresh, inviting home.
Tan Residence
This renovation project, initiated in August 2022, was a collaboration with the architect to ensure a smooth transition from outdoor to the interiors. Designed for a retiring couple whose future needs were also provided for in this space. The design features a sophisticated palette of soft grays balanced by warm browns and vibrant orange accents, complemented by luxurious marble elements. The result is a modern yet cozy space, perfect for family gatherings and lasting memories.
274 Calatagan
We renovated an 8-year-old house to breathe new life into its original charm. By relocating a central column and concealing beams, we created an expansive, airy feel. Retaining existing flooring and incorporating original furniture preserved familiarity while blending in modern elements. The result is a serene, welcoming home that balances old and new.
36E Grand Hyatt
Located in the vibrant heart of Manila, the condominium underwent a remarkable renovation, focusing on a complete overhaul of all bathrooms. Every detail—from fixtures to finishes—was meticulously updated, resulting in a bright, contemporary home ideal for family living. The new design radiates modern charm, creating a stylish and comfortable retreat.
